About

OUR CORE VALUES

Marlinton Hospital and Infirmary was first established by the County Court in 1926. It became known as Pocahontas Memorial Hospital as a tribute to the men and women who served in the military from Pocahontas County. After nearly seventy years, the hospital was moved to Buckeye in October 1995. PMH is now a 25 bed critical access hospital with a federally designated Rural Health Clinic. Through our mission, standards, and principles, Pocahontas Memorial Hospital is “Where Your Health is Our Priority.”

MISSION STATEMENT:

Pocahontas Memorial Hospital is committed to excellence in delivering compassionate health care and promoting healthy life styles.
