The PMH Rural Health Clinic is open to the public. The Rural Health Clinic is located in the hospital, which allows patients to access the lab and x-ray services. Our goal is to be your partner in healthcare by serving as your medical home. We deliver evidence based care, and we will provide education and tools to manage your health at home. We will coordinate your care with other clinics, hospitals and providers.

Patients can view their personal health record on the Patient Portal. Patients can view and request appointments, prescription refills and referrals. Patients can also send messages to their provider about their health concerns.
If you are interested in the Patient Portal ask the RHC staff. You will receive an email containing instructions on how to long into the portal. You can access the portal through the PMH website or at //portal.pmhwv.org.

Podiatry: Dr. Jeff Findling from Morgantown is highly trained in proper foot and ankle care. To schedule an appointment with Dr. Findling call 304-799-7400 ext.1079. Physician referral is not required.
