Our Healing Steps program is a skilled nursing rehabilitation (swing bed) program that provides a therapeutic environment in which patients can recover over a short period of time and post hospitalization. Our specialized team approach allows patients to recover faster so they can return to their home environment, enjoying the things they love to do.
Services available.
Patients receive rehabilitative services, therapy, and/or special medical treatments (such as wound care and IV antibiotic treatments). In addition to daily nursing care, our Swing Bed program offers physical, occupational, and cardio/pulmonary therapies provided by certified trained technicians. Patients may qualify for our program after a qualifying hospitalization, transfer from another facility, or referral from their provider.
